PURPOSE: To show optical absorption.
DESCRIPTION: The light from a slide projector serving as a white light
source passes through bottles of various solutions. Solutions of Ty-D-Bol,
antifreeze and Pine-Sol are used. The absorption spectrum of the filtered
light is observed with a spectrometer, as shown above.
