PURPOSE: To show Hooke's Law.
DESCRIPTION: A verticle spring is stretched by adding mass. The blackboard mechanics are used. Deviations away from the linear region of Hooke's law and approaching the limit toward the natural log can be observed as the stretching force is increased.
