Theoretical Astrophysics & Cosmology
Prof. Koushiappas works in theoretical studies of dark matter physics and cosmic structure in the non-linear regime, especially in the context of current and future experimental efforts. His work is focused on building a framework where cosmological predictions can be used to interpret data from dark matter experiments, by utilizing numerical and analytical descriptions of non-linear growth, coupled with new and existing statistical and analysis tools.
